Bar Jack Fishing is looking for a Captain and Mate to join our crew.
We’re looking for people who genuinely enjoy fishing, work well with others, and take pride in giving customers a great experience on the water.
Captain
- Valid USCG 100 Ton Captain’s License required
- Charter fishing experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of South Florida waters and offshore fishing
- Reliable, professional, and safety-minded
Mate
- Fishing experience and knowledge preferred
- Experience with bait, tackle, and offshore fishing is a plus
- Hardworking, dependable, and comfortable working with customers
- Willing to learn and be part of a team
Both positions require someone who is dependable, works well in a fast-paced environment, and actually enjoys being on the water.
Pay based on experience.
