Fishing during some of the coldest days this January have led to good catches of  Mahi Mahi, Kingfish, Mutton Snapper and some nice Wahoo action.

This 50 pound Wahoo was landed during an afternoon trip. The fish ate a triple hooked sardine while drifting and is a fish any angler would be proud of!

This 45 pound wahoo also ate a dead drifted sardine just after the full moon phase and a cold front. One of the joys that fishing brings is the uncertainty of what you may catch and the Lady K is your affordable means to get you there!

A slight chill and excellent fishing were on the agenda last night for the Lady K.  Plentiful bites with kingfish, lane snapper, vermilion snapper, and many sharks were among the catch.  An unfortunate angler had to share his mutton snapper with a creature of the sea.   Hope to see you on the Lady K for an evening venture.

The newest research is showing the effectiveness of Pink fishing boots to entice a bite.  This professional angler took full advantage of the technique and proved successful.

Good mahi and a nice king were brought in this morning along with a variety of other tropical bottom dwellers.

Big bull Dolphin can be caught when the conditions are right. This 30 pound bull was caught during a recent rainy December day preceeding a cold front.

Dolphin can also be caught during the colder days after the cold fronts and are always welcomed home for dinner.

No matter the weather conditions…………………………..

You can have a great day aboard the Lady K! The crews wish everyone a very happy and safe Holiday season!

A beautiful catch a mahi made for a happy trip this week.  Only 10 passengers and over 15 dolphin were caught along with snappers and kingfish.

A nice mahi and a porgy were caught this afternoon with a monster bull dolphin lurking underneath the cow.

The Lady K is a family experience and many times the kids make the excellent catch.

Albert displays a nice wahoo caught aboard the Lady K. Wahoo typically feed the week before and week after the full moon cycles.

Weehoo! A baby wahoo released to fight another day, hopefully, aboard the Lady K.

Some trips come back as variety packs, such as the one pictured above, containing catches of Mutton Snapper, Kingfish, Mahi mahi and Wahoo. All of these were caught while using dead drifted sardines, supplied by Barjack Fishing when you fish aboard the Lady K. Captain John and Andrew did an excellent job!

Their are still a few kingfish around along with tasty Mutton Snapper and Mahi mahi. Our experinced crews not only help you land your fish but can also help you prepare your catch for the dinner table. There’s nothing more rewarding then catching your own fresh seafood!
